POSITION
Summary: The primary focus of this position will be to provide pricing support for our Global Accounts Team and associated OEM and National Rental channels. Support the development and implementation of strategies, tactics and processes to improve the company's competitiveness via maximum price/value relationships, lowest total costs, improve product margins/price accuracy, driving effective responses on strategic bids and ensuring high quality and competitive proposals.

Key accountabilities:
Serve as an internal consultant and price change partner for the Global Account Management (GAM) team in support of pricing requirements for the OEM and National Rental channels.
Provide defensible, fact based guidance and expertise on customer and product pricing structures, progressions, logic and relationships within product lines and business channels.
Establish and advise on pricing rules, obligations and risks. Work to balance company financial responsibility with share and customer/competitor price perception.
Target margin increases, not only through pricing, but also via programs, promotions, design changes, de-contenting, and other non-pricing elements to maximize return and share.
Analyze, recommend and facilitate the approval of customer pricing proposals for OEMs and National Rental accounts.
Work with the GAMs and others to develop a strategy, independently perform in depth financial modeling and risk analysis, evaluate and recommend contract terms and conditions related to pricing. Establish pricing to ensure margins are aligned with business objectives.
Act as the financial lead in support of the customer negotiations and with key internal stakeholders. Perform analysis to understand customer price sensitivity and the impact of price changes to the business.
Prepare pricing scenarios that provides GAMs with flexibility during the customer negotiation process.
Document and manage a new OEM / National Rental customer pricing analysis process.
Work with the GAMs to establish pricing presentations and customer facing materials.
Coordinate with Engineering, FP&A, Marketing, Inside Sales, Supply Chain and Purchasing regarding new product launches, new item numbers, product changes and product discontinuances.
Track pricing and proactively drive pricing reviews, system updates, cost reviews and changes, as needed.
Once pricing and product acceptance has occurred with the OEM/Rental accounts, format, coordinate and validate the pricing upload into Syteline and anywhere else necessary.
Act as a liaison between the GAMs and other internal departments.
Compile and analyze data - legacy pricing and programs, channel pricing impacts, costs, margins, pricing and volume impacts, and competitive data.
Create and maintain a reference library of customer profiles, historical customer pricing and reference documentation to support future proposal developments.
Cultivate organizational trust and drive change and improvement through a continued focus on process improvement and a sustained thought leadership of pricing theory and execution.
EDUCATION/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Mathematics is required, a MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
B2B experience preferred.

Strong business/financial acumen, mathematic aptitude and analytic capabilities are required. Candidate must have a solid foundation in finance/accounting, marketing, pricing dynamics and general business.
Demonstrated experience in modeling financial and/or pricing scenarios is required.
Results oriented with proven experience in partnering with business stakeholders through business acumen and analytical expertise.
Must be a very process and detail-oriented person who drives change and establishes/manages SOPs.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines with limited supervision.
Demonstrated personal leadership and negotiation skills. Has the desire to create and influence change through their behavior.

Work environment:
The performance of this position normally requires exposure to a manufacturing office environment.
Occasional exposure to typical manufacturing areas may be required and will require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and mandatory hearing protection.
Team member must be mobile enough to navigate the manufacturing shop floor safely including walking and standing for up to four hours at a time.
Office lighting will be provided.
The work environment will include their own workstation or cubicle space equipped with a telephone, headset and computer.
Typical travel will be 20% or less.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
