Essential Functions Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
Bolts, clips, screws, or otherwise fastens parts together.
Works at different workstations as production needs require.
Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote quality, applies feedback to improve performance and monitors own work to ensure quality.
Adapts to changes in the work environment; must be able to adjust to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Work Experience Required
Experience:
Less than 1 year Manufacturing experience preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and able to work overtime as required.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during regular work assignments.
Able to walk and stand continuously.
Able to follow written instruction Able to meet attendance standards established by the organization Must possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail Able to become familiar with Preventive Maintenance programs & Lean concepts and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
Work is performed in a typical manufacturing environment involving potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and may require the use of various personal protective equipment devices.
