The position is based out of our Dexter office:
8415 Dexter-Chelsea Road, Dexter, MI, 48130.
Responsibilities:
Perform CSD-1 Testing Perform routine maintenance on boilers, piping systems, burners, and HVAC units Troubleshoot and repair of boiler control systems Boiler and Water Heater installation Accountable for startup & warranty of boilers, burners, and associated equipment to end-users and mechanical contractors Perform factory authorized start-up, service & troubleshoot including watertube & firetube boilers and water heaters Analyze product installation, systems and components to help solve problems & recommend solutions Complete approved repairs/improvements in a timely manner, leave a clean and orderly work area, collect payment, fill out paperwork properly, and make our customers delighted Complete all paperwork required by management Keep assigned service vehicle organized, clean, and stocked properly Perform other duties as assigned Skills/
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in industry with various burner types and technologies EPA Universal certification or Type II Boiler license and experience with CSD-1 preferred High School Diploma or GED required Ability to bend and lift 50lbs without restrictions Ability to independently operate a vehicle Maintain a good driving record What we have to offer you!
