Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain product inventory levels, including issuing purchase orders Keep and send weekly inventory reports Perform quality control inspections for new shipments of product Manage product launch documents and tracking spreadsheets Coordinate shipping of goods from suppliers Assist with customer support phone coverage Requirements:
Strong execution and organizational skills Detail-oriented Ability to manage information in Microsoft Excel Comfort with Microsoft Teams or willingness to learn Interest in our brand values Fit with Maggie's culture of transparency and sustainability
