Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Plumbing, HVAC, and Electric Service Manager team.
Review and optimize Gross Margins for Plumbing, HVAC, and Electric services.
Handle material orders and maintain effective communication with vendors across all branches.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Collaborate with divisional teams to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
Streamline processes and implement best practices across Plumbing, HVAC, and Electric divisions.
Qualifications for the Operations Manager:
Leadership background or degree.
Experience in the field is encouraged but not required.
Strategic planner with a forward-thinking approach.
High-level communication skills with both office staff and technicians.
Strong understanding of Gross Margin analysis and strategies for improvement.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in handling material orders and coordinating with vendors.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for operational improvement.
Knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electric service operations is a plus.
