Production Assistant We are looking for a Product Assistant to support the development and production of our sock and apparel product lines.
You will be part of a Product team that is focusing on delivering new product for our consumer and wholesale markets.
This is a great opportunity for someone with great attention to detail, who is eager to learn, and who loves Maggie's products.
Our company is based in beautiful Dexter, Michigan, and we love our community.
This position will be on-site.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain product inventory levels, including issuing purchase orders to maintain levels for products that are carried year-round Keep and send weekly inventory reports Help perform quality control inspections for new shipments of product Manage product launch documents, and flow item numbers and other information through to various tracking spreadsheets Manage purchase orders and status of items for sample kits Manage issuance and return of sample kits, so that wholesale customers and photographers get what they need at the right times Help coordinate shipping of goods from our suppliers Manage fabric testing to ensure that final products meet our requirements and expectations Maintain our production manual, which is shared with supplier partners Help manage information flow among the broader team, including with supplier partners, designers, and sales Help manage flow of product samples and sample room upkeep Assist with customer support phone coverage Requires:
