Brouwer Company is a full-service design/build, construction management and general contracting firm that has served Southeastern Michigan for over 26 years.
We are known for providing high quality and cost-effective commercial construction projects to our clients, on time and on budget.

Must be willing and able to travel to a construction jobsite commonly located in Southeastern Michigan.
Degree, certificate, and/or training is a PLUS! Our Ideal Candidate is someone who:
Is well organized and has successfully managed commercial construction projects with multiple subcontractors onsite.
Has great communication skills which lead to building a successful project team including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Has the knowledge and experience reading and understanding architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil drawings.
Is driven to deliver a quality project, monitoring work in place for accuracy.
Can create and update the construction schedules weekly based on plans, specifications and submittals using Microsoft Project.
Is proficient with Microsoft products (excel, word, MS Project) PDF editing and has experience with web-based project management software (ie:
Procore) Competitive salary for this position is based on experience and ability.
